• Project Information: Your property address and any details about the work required.

• Payment Records: We keep records of invoices and bank transfers for tax purposes (we do not see or store your card details).
   

3. Why We Use It

• To do the job: We need your address to visit and your phone number to coordinate the team.

• Legal reasons: HMRC requires us to keep records of our sales for 6 years.

• Waste Removal: As a registered company, we may need to list your address on waste transfer notes to prove legal disposal.
  
   

4. Who Sees Your Data?

We do not sell your data. We only share it with:

• Our trusted sub-contractors (e.g., an electrician we’ve hired to help with your project).

• The Environment Agency or local councils (only if required for waste disposal audits).
  
   

5. Your Rights

Under UK law, you can ask us what information we have on you, or ask us to delete your contact details once the project is finished (though we must keep invoices for our taxes).
